Meet the Ontario Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Ontario
Servo Garage Doors Ontario has been fixing and installing garage doors across Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, and the Inland Empire since 2015. The crew you’ll see at your door is local, background-checked, uniformed, and trained to one standard. No subcontractors. No rotating cast of strangers. The same names show up, know the neighborhood streets, and carry the same documentation system on every job. Marcus Deller owns the business and still rides along on calls when the schedule demands it. Here’s who you’re actually hiring.
Our People
Marcus Deller, Owner and Service Technician
Marcus started Servo in 2015 after years of watching garage door companies quote one price over the phone and a different one in the driveway. That’s why Clause 1 of The Haven Standard, the written price before any work starts, is the first thing he’ll point to when you ask how Servo operates. He’s the one who decided every job closes with a documented photo record because customers deserve to see the failed torsion spring or cracked logic board before anyone quotes a replacement. Marcus still takes service calls when the board fills up, and he’s been known to crawl into a hot Ontario garage in August without complaint. If you call after hours, there’s a solid chance the voice on the phone belongs to him.
Danny R., Lead Technician
Danny has been with Servo for six years and handles most of the heavier repair work across Ontario and Eastvale. He specializes in torsion spring replacements and opener logic board diagnostics, and he carries parts for LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Craftsman, and Raynor on his truck at all times. Danny came to Servo from a commercial door outfit, so he’s the guy who can explain why a 0.25-inch wire diameter spring failed clean at the coil in about forty seconds. Outside work, he restores a 1968 Chevy C10 in his garage, which means he actually understands why your opener’s travel limits matter to you.
Sarah M., Service Coordinator
Sarah is the person who answers when you call for anything that isn’t an active emergency, and she’s the reason your technician shows up with the right parts the first time. She’s been on the phones for Servo for four years and knows the Ontario service area block by block, from the older homes near Euclid Avenue to the newer builds off Archibald. Sarah schedules the same-day emergency calls and sends the on-the-way text with the technician’s name, so you’re never waiting on a vague callback window. She also handles the Free Second Opinion requests, which means she’ll ask you to bring your written estimate and she’ll make sure Marcus or Danny reviews it line by line.
Luis T., Apprentice Technician
Luis is one year into his apprenticeship with Danny and handles the on-site prep work, photo documentation, and parts inventory. He’s the one photographing the failed part before a quote and the completed installation after, which is Clause 4 of The Haven Standard in action. Luis earned his forklift and ladder safety certifications before he ever touched a garage door, and he’s learning the trade vocabulary the right way because Danny makes him explain what he’s doing on every job. He’s from Ontario and went to Chaffey High, so he’ll occasionally note which neighbors kept their original 1990s Wayne Dalton doors and what that means for spring fatigue.
One Standard, Every Job

Every technician at Servo Garage Doors Ontario works under The Haven Standard, the same documentation and pricing system used across the network. That means a flat, written price and written scope before any work starts, no exceptions, ever. It means a documented photo record on every visit, so you see exactly what was found and what was done. It means the 365-Day Done Right Promise applies to every repair, and if something isn’t right, the same crew comes back and makes it right. Marcus, Danny, Sarah, and Luis don’t ask you to trust a handshake. They hand you paperwork. The standard exists so the job gets done the same way in Ontario as it would anywhere else the brand operates, and the crew here has been doing it that way since 2015.
